Discover Ayurveda, the Sister Science of Yoga

Join us this fall for an Ayurveda Workshop Weekend designed to bring the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda into your yoga practice. Whether you're a yoga teacher looking to offer your students more personalized, seasonally adapted classes or a yogi wanting to integrate holistic practices into your routine, this workshop is for you.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda, often called the sister science of yoga, is a 5,000-year-old system from India that promotes balance in the body, mind, and spirit. It’s based on the concept of Doshas—our unique mind-body types.

Ayurvedic medicine is still widely practiced today, focusing on preventive health care, natural remedies, and personalized treatments. It includes diet, lifestyle practices, herbal therapies, and bodywork techniques like massage and detoxification to help maintain health and treat ailments. By understanding your Dosha, you can tailor your daily habits, diet, and yoga practice for greater balance, mental clarity, and physical well-being.

Why Attend?

  • Yoga Teachers: Earn CEUs and learn to personalize your classes, incorporating Ayurvedic principles for balance and harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

  • Yogis: Deepen your understanding of how Ayurvedic knowledge can enhance your yoga practice, bringing greater alignment and vitality into your daily life.
